1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use of virtual assistant services (the "Services") provided by Kristian Matic (asisstant-virtual.com) (referred to as "we," "our," or "us") to businesses (referred to as "you" or "your") through our website and related platforms. By accessing and using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our Services.

2. Services

We offer virtual assistant services to businesses for a monthly fee. Our virtual assistants are trained professionals who can assist you with various tasks, as agreed upon during the onboarding process. The scope of services and tasks will be determined through mutual agreement and may be adjusted as your business needs evolve.

3. Payment and Billing

You agree to pay the monthly fee for the Services as specified during the onboarding process. Payment is due in advance and will be automatically charged to the payment method you provide. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of the Services. All fees are non-refundable.

4. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of the information you may share with our virtual assistants. We are committed to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during the course of providing our Services. However, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet. You agree that we shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to or use of your information.

5. Intellectual Property

Any materials, content, or intellectual property provided to you as part of the Services remain the property of Kristian Matic (assistant-virtual.com) or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such materials solely for the purpose of receiving the Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our materials without our prior written consent.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you agree to promptly return any materials provided by us. Any outstanding fees remain payable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided "as is," and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding their fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or availability. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of our Services or any violation of this Agreement.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tyrol, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Modifications
